It all started when my father bought me a smoker.
Being born and raised in Michigan, I've loved beef jerky for as long as i can remember. in 2018 my father bought me a smoker, having no clue what i'd do with it. i dove in head first ready to smoke everything! we got to christmas break, and i decided to try my luck at smoking some jerky, right away i knew i struck gold!
